This junmai ginjoshu is brewed elaborately from Gohyakumangoku sake-brewing rice from Joetsu, Niigata, in a traditional method called <kimoto zukuri>.
It has a full flavor and soft texture. An elegant, well-balanced sake with both body and sharpness.
